Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GoFramePro (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. The Service is an estimating aid

The Service applies prescriptive building-code tables to inputs you supply and returns estimates and material takeoffs. It does not provide engineering or architectural services and does not certify code compliance. See the Disclaimer for the full statement of what the Service is and is not.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs, for selecting the correct code edition and site design values for your jurisdiction, for independently verifying every result, for obtaining licensed professional review where required, and for obtaining all permits and inspections.

You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable building, zoning, or safety regulation.

4. Subscriptions and billing

GoFramePro is in early access and paid plans are not currently available. No payment method is collected and no charge can be made.

Before paid plans are offered, these Terms will be updated with the billing, cancellation and refund terms that apply, and you will be asked to accept that version.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or current.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, materials, time, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

7. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless GoFramePro and its owners, authors, and contributors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your inputs, your projects, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service. Your acceptance, including the version and timestamp, is recorded.
